If you've never read The Lord of the Rings, then first read The Hobbit (which is a fun story) if you haven't already. The Lord of the Rings is an epic, a masterpiece. It may seem like a lot of pages to read, but when you're done, you'll be sad there are no more.
I think J.R.R. Tolkien has had a profound and positive effect on me. So I created this tribute page in gratitude.

The definitive illustrators of scenes from J.R.R. Tolkien's works would
definitely have to be Tim and
Greg Hildebrandt. I've assembled a set of

Rankin Bass
produced an animated film of J.R.R. Tolkien's
The Hobbit. There was a soudtrack album which came with a booklet
of images from the movie. I've assembled a
