The spirit of the agreement below is that you
have the right
to use the TOES course(s) for which you have a
valid license,
but you can't share them or copy them in any way
or sell your password or print them
without written
permission. Timefold may send you a new password
for your TOES account at any time, and we'll send it by
email to the same address you use as a login name.
If you aren't satisfied with the quality of a TOES
course then you'll have a right to a full or partial
refund.
Terms of Use for
Timefold Online Education Services
By placing an order for a license to access any of the
Timefold Online Education Services courses, hereafter
called TOES, you agree to all of the following
conditions and terms of use.
- You agree that Timefold is only obligated to
provide you with access to its
Online Education Services web site throughout the
duration of your license period.
- You agree to keep your TOES password(s) secret and
that you will not share or reveal your TOES password(s)
to others.
- You agree not to print or copy any of the materials in
the TOES web site in any form or medium without written
authorization from Timefold.
- You agree not to allow others to use your TOES account
for any purpose without written authorization from Timefold.
- You agree that Timefold may change your TOES password(s)
at any time, provided that Timefold notify you of your
new TOES password(s) at the same time.
- You agree that email containing a new TOES password
sent to the email address used as
your TOES login is sufficient notice of any new TOES
password.
- You agree that you assume all risk in using any information
in TOES. Timefold makes no warrantee about TOES fitness for any
particular purpose; however, you may apply for a full or
partial refund if you are not satisfied.
- You agree that if you are not satisfied with the
quality or availability of any
TOES course that you may apply in writing for a full or
partial refund for the license fees for that course,
subject to the following conditions:
- You must state your reason for being dissatisfied
with the TOES course in writing as part of your written
refund request.
- You are entitled to a full, 100% refund if you
apply in writing postmarked no later than 7 days from the
date of purchase of the license, and you have accessed fewer
than 25% of the pages in the course based on an http access
report.
- You are entitled to a 50%, prorated refund
if you apply in writing postmarked after 7 days
from the date of purchase of the license, or if you have
accessed more than 25% of the pages in the course based on
an http access report. Your refund will be limited to
50% of the cost of the days remaining on your license.

Be sure to include your email address you used as
a login name.
You must also print and send along a copy of
your email receipt from your license order. If
you've lost that, then you must include your Name,
mailing address and phone number.
- You agree that if any of the terms of use in this
agreement are found to be unenforceable that the remaining
terms shall still be in effect.
