This is our camp calendar, detailing when people are arriving and departing, and whether they have a ride to offer or need a ride. Most of the arrival and departure dates are still to be determined and these are just guesses.

Monday 8/24
Establish basic survival. We will probably arrive too late today to do any work.
Arrivals:
Howard Cohen
Franziska
John D
Tuesday 8/25
Survey the camp, set up personal dome, move in gear.

Wednesday 8/26
Set up Shade Cover and Shower. Acclimate... in previous years we hit the wall the second day of work in the desert...
Arrivals:
Aleks Zosuls
Steve Tucker
Thursday 8/27
Set up Burner Observation Dome, dome deck and Tree of Life Dome. Dig power line trenches.

Fri 8/28
Set up Tree of Life lighting and controls. Test and repair as needed. Set up and organize Superhero Evolution gear: wind screens, signs, patterns, tables, sewing machines and fabric supplies. Test all equipment. Stow for storm safety.

Sat 8/29
Second wave setup crew arrives, set up personal survival, tents. Organize the rest of the camp equipment, set up shared kitchen facility and other shared gear.
Arrivals:
Impact Girl
Laura
Sun 8/30
This is our slip day. In case we have arrived late, or in case we got too wiped out by the sun or someone got sick, or if we've run into problems with our projects (both of which are new this year) we have one day to make up for lost time, including traveling to Reno for parts or supplies. We want to be certain we can open on Monday morning. If we don't have work we need for our camp, we'll be helping out our neighbors.

Mon 9/1
Beginning Monday September 1st we'll offer daily superhero costume making sessions and we'll be have the Tree of Life running all night.
Arrivals:
Paul Lane
Dave Chynoweth
Tue 9/2
Bliss

Wed 9/3
Bliss

Thu 9/4
Bliss

Fri 9/5
Bliss

Sat 9/6
We may begin to strike the camp today, or at least get organized for striking the camp tomorrow.
Departures:
Howard
Franziska
John D
Sun 9/7
Today we'll strike the rest of the camp. Then at night some folks will leave and drive to Reno after the temple burns. Others will leave in the morning or even Monday night. Leaving Monday during the daytime is insane.
TBD
Mon 9/8
Anyone who hasn't already left should leave today.
TBD
