Penguins
p e n g u i n s @ t i m e f o l d . c o m

Penguins in the Arctic?

The penguins will also take shifts chilling at nearby Camp Arctica, as an educational outreach. Their goal there will be to teach people that penguins do not live in the Arctic. This project was somewhat controversial, with opponents arguing that were the penguins not there to protest the misunderstanding, there would be no misunderstanding.. Still, the popular penguin position was to reach out and teach the public about penguin origins. So, drop by and support them while they're on duty. And if you hear someone say: "But, aren't penguins from Antarctica?" You'll know to reply, indignantly and slightly impatiently, "They're here to spread the word that Pengins are not found in the Arctic!"

This group of Penguins makes the annual trip to the desert to enjoy Burning Man. This year they'll stand guard duty around the Nose and the Roller Disco.

Matthew Quirk

Kenny Schwartz
k e n n y _ s c h w a r t z @ h o t m a i l . c o m
